We process orders within 1 to 3 days. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped via USPS standard mail, you will receive an email containing the tracking information. We offer a flat shipping rate of $4.95, with free shipping on orders of $75 or more. All items ship from the Great State of Texas.

If your item was damaged in transit a replacement request must occur within 3 days of delivery and must be accompanied with photo evidence of the damaged item (as well as the packaging, if possible). Once this documentation is received, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
For lost or stolen packages, the customer is responsible for contacting and filing a claim with USPS. Once the item has been passed to USPS, Billie Jane’s is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items. Billie Jane’s is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling.
